Your Plan Manager is committed to ensuring that your information is kept completely confidential. All services are provided under the protection of the Australian Privacy Principles as outlined in the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988.

Your personal information won’t be disclosed to any other person, body or agency unless:

  • you give us permission
  • it is authorised or required by law
  • it meets one of the other exceptions in the Australian Privacy Principles

Under the Act, Your Plan Manager is required to provide information where:

  • it is evident that a crime and/or abuse against a child is being or will be committed.
  • it is evident that harm to self or another is being or will be committed,
  • it is revealed that a criminal act under the Commonwealth or State law has been or is intended to be committed.
  • records are requested by subpoena or Court order

We may, from time to time, provide advice to you regarding the purchase of products and services relating to your National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plan. Any advice or information we provide is general in nature and has been prepared without considering your specific objectives, situation or needs. Because of this you should, before acting on the advice, consider the appropriateness of the advice, having regard to your objectives, situation or needs.
