As we jingle our way into the festive season, we wanted to let you know about our Christmas hours. We promise to keep it simple, sprinkle in some laughs, and make sure you’re not left wondering when you can reach us.
Holiday Closure Dates & Times
First things first, let’s talk about the holidays themselves. We’re closed on all public holidays, including the 27th of December (yes, we know it’s not technically a public holiday, but we’ve given our team an honorary one. Think of it as an extension of the festive spirit!) Our physical office will be closed from the 23rd of December 2024 to the 6th of January 2025. However, here’s a clear breakdown of our opening hours during the holiday period:
- Monday 23 December 2024 OPEN 9am – 5pm
- Tuesday 24 December 2024 OPEN 9am – 5pm
- Wednesday 25 December 2024 CLOSED (Public Holiday)
- Thursday 26 December 2024 CLOSED (Public Holiday)
- Friday 27 December 2024 CLOSED (Bonus Holiday)
- Monday 30 December 2024 OPEN 9am – 5pm
- Tuesday 31 December 2024 OPEN 9am – 5pm
- Wednesday 1 January 2025 CLOSED (Public Holiday)
- Thursday 2 January 2025 OPEN 9am – 5pm
- Friday 3 January 2025 OPEN 9am – 5pm
So what does this mean for you?
- If you have urgent matters, we recommend sorting them out before the 23rd of December.
- If you’re submitting claims, please be patient with us—we’ll be back at full speed as soon as we can.
