    Email Communication and Consent

    By submitting an invoice to YPM, providers are automatically added to our communications list. These emails include important updates, sector changes, and resources designed to support providers within the NDIS space. Providers can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of our emails or by contacting us.

    Your Rights

    You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your personal information. To do so, please contact us via email or in writing. You may also opt out of receiving marketing emails at any time.

    Sensitive Information

    Under the Privacy Act, sensitive information includes details such as racial or ethnic origin, political or religious beliefs, trade union membership, criminal records, or health data.
