We are excited to announce a new partnership between Your Plan Manager (YPM) and Lite n’ Easy, designed to simplify the payment process for meal preparation and delivery services. This collaboration aims to make it easier for our participants to manage their meal payments using their NDIS plan budgets effectively.
How It Works
Under this new arrangement, once Participants have set up a service agreement with Lite n’ Easy, they will only need to pay 30% upfront each time meals are ordered. Lite n’ Easy will then send an invoice to YPM to claim the remaining balance from the Participant’s NDIS plan budget. This streamlined process not only makes meal payments more manageable but also ensures that Participants enjoy nutritious meals without financial stress.
Steps to Transition to the New Payment Model
- Request a Quote
Click here to request a quote from Lite n’ Easy.
Make sure to enter ‘Your Plan Manager’ in the Plan Management section. - Approve the Quote
The Lite n’ Easy team will send you a quote for approval. If you are happy with it, email your approval to ndis@liteneasy.com.au and request a Service Agreement. - Service Agreement Confirmation
Lite n’ Easy will confirm available funds with the YPM team and then send you a Service Agreement once confirmed. - Sign the Service Agreement
Review, sign, and send the Service Agreement back to Lite n’ Easy. - Fund Allocation
Lite n’ Easy will coordinate with YPM to set aside the necessary funds for your meals as per the service agreement. - Place Your Order
Once everything is confirmed, Lite n’ Easy will notify you, and you can start placing your orders.
Important Note
Until a signed service agreement is in place, you will need to continue paying 100% upfront and claim back the expenses after receiving the receipt. The entire process typically takes 1-2 weeks to complete.
