Our Founder

Your Plan Manager was founded by Tanya Walford, a seasoned business leader with over thirty years of experience and a unique understanding of the NDIS system. Tanya and her husband Luke have three children living with disability, giving them first hand experience with the complexities and positive outcomes of the NDIS.

Tanya started Your Plan Manager because she found that much of the information about NDIS funding was confusing and difficult to access. She wanted to help families and carers unlock their funding and advocate for better, more flexible outcomes for people with disability.

Today, Your Plan Manager is a market leader in NDIS Plan Management, with a team of highly engaged staff and a network of trusted providers. Tanya and her team are passionate about providing personalised, client-focused support that maximises funding and helps clients achieve their goals.

With a focus on human connection and team values of collaboration, leadership, integrity, and diversity at its core, Your Plan Manager is dedicated to helping clients navigate the NDIS system and find the support they need.
